Ian Kamangkang, popularly known as "Pitik Queen," has built a massive following through his high-energy dance moves and charismatic personality. But on May 6, 2026, the content creator traded the viral spotlight for the streets of Helping Land, Tondo, proving that his most significant "moves" are those made for the community.
Ian has officially stepped into the role of Brand Champion for the Good Zone 90-day feeding program. While his online presence often brings laughter to screens, his latest venture brings tangible health to 200 children. Moving beyond a simple cameo, Ian has committed to being a hands-on presence throughout the program's duration—dedicating his time to the daily feeding efforts held four days a week.
"I believe every one of us has the power to make a difference. Hindi kailangang malaki. Basta totohanin mo (It doesn't have to be grand. You just have to be sincere)," Ian said during the visit. "And that is exactly what Good Zone is doing. Totohanin nila ito. Araw-araw. (They are being real about it. Every day.) Proud akong maging bahagi ng pamilyang ito (I am proud to be part of this family)."
Pitik Queen Ian Kamangkang is officially on a mission to beat child malnutrition in Tondo. One plate, one child, and one heart at a time.
Feeding hope in Tondo
The Good Zone initiative, which kicked off on May 4, 2026, is a strategic response to child malnutrition. The program provides 200 children aged 12 and below with nutritionally balanced meals, with menus carefully crafted by licensed nutritionist-dietitian Coach Joanne Cruz-Baill, RND. Each plate is designed to provide the essential mix of carbohydrates, protein, vegetables, and fruit needed for healthy development.
To ensure the sustainability and efficacy of the project, Good Zone partnered with Project PEARLS, a nonprofit that has been a staple in the Helping Land community since 2010. By working with an organization deeply rooted in the area, the program ensures that the nutrition reaches those who need it most.

A day of purpose
During his recent visit, Ian Kamangkang wasn't just a face on a banner. He rolled up his sleeves to participate in a full day of activities, including the distribution of meals and family food packs. He also joined the children for arts and crafts sessions themed around the "Good Zone Pinggang Pinoy" to promote nutritional awareness, alongside the Good Zone team, volunteers from Project PEARLS, and the DigiPlus Foundation.
"Having Ian join this mission—not just as a name, but as someone who showed up, got his hands in it, and stayed—means everything to us and to this community," the Good Zone team noted.

The program is set to run through July 2026, culminating in a final weigh-in to measure the nutritional progress of the children involved. For Pitik Queen, the mission is clear: he is using his platform to ensure that while the beat of his dance moves continues, the beat of a healthy, nourished heart for every child in Tondo remains the top priority
