Singer Pops Fernandez is counting down the remaining days of the year while in nature, and with sons, Robin and Ram, and even ex-husband Martin Nievera.

Posting a picture of her while on the beach, Pops wrote: “As the year comes to an end, don't look back on yesterday's disappointments. Look ahead to God's promises that are yet to unfold.”- ojelabi..... Good morning!”

The photos were taken on picturesque Balesin Island in Polillo, Quezon.

Pops was obviously having a great time on the island, posing for pictures, enjoying the sunset and the sand, and even trying out archery.

The past couple of weeks have been very busy for Pops as she reunites with Martin for a new show.

Santino, Martin's son with former partner Katrina Ojeda, is also with them for the holidays.

“Pops and I are okay because we have remained friends. Our foundation is friendship and that's the most important thing,” Martin recently told entertainment writer Ricky Lo.

“Everything takes time to heal. You cannot escape that process. Go through the sadness, the hurt and the pain but don't linger on them, don't enjoy them,” Pops said.

“After that, move on ka na. Forget everything that happened because if you keep recalling them, they will pull you down.”

Pops and company will be spending the New Year on the island as well upon the request of Robin and Ram.
