
Volleyball superstar and fitness guru Rachel Anne Daquis shared her face towel workout routine that can be done at home.
On her Instagram on Friday, March 20, Rachel posted her quality workout with a regular household item.
Here are the exercises during her "Face Towel Circuit Workout" with corresponding repetitions:
“This is a 2 round circuit workout , you need to finish all exercises then rest for 2 mins then go for the next round .
"You can rest for 30 seconds in between the exercises,” she noted.
