It's been 12 years since Rachelle won the singing tilt 'Search for a Star.'
Rachelle Ann Go is one of several Filipinos who made the country proud in West End productions in London. Way before her stints in Miss Saigon and Les Miserables, however, she was a singing contest hopeful.
In 2004, she won the singing tilt Search for a Star.
On the twelfth year anniversary of her win, she took to Instagram the joy she felt after being announced the show’s winner, and how her life has changed ever since.
She recounted how singing with her idol Regine Velasquez was a dream come true, shared that she was bullied, and emphasized the importance of her relationship with God.
After over a year of staying in the United Kingdom, Rachelle is back in the Philippines for the Manila run of Les Miserables.
