Kapuso actor Radson Flores had an unexpected encounter with some promotional materials from his series Voltes V: Legacy.
While on vacation in Japan, Radson dropped by the flagship Tamashii Nations Store in Akihabara, Tokyo.
The famous toy and hobby store has several iconic robot action figures on display, including prototypes from the series Voltes V: Legacy where Radson plays one of the pilots, Mark Gordon.
The robot action figures were also accompanied by a promotional teaser video of the series.
Meanwhile, the movie version of Voltes V: Legacy is set to hit Japanese cinemas beginning October 18 this year.
Japanese audiences will be able to watch both a subtitled and a dubbed version of Voltes V: Legacy - The Cinematic Experience.
The movie will also feature some additional scenes which did not make it to the Philippine version.
It has also been remastered to improve the already impeccable CGI of the film.
Voltes V: Legacy tells the story of brothers Steve, Big Bert, and Little John Armstrong, and their friends Jamie Robinson and Mark Gordon, who fight and protect the world from humanoid aliens called the Boazanians and their beastfighters.
The show stars Miguel Tanfelix, Ysabel Ortega, Radson Flores, Matt Lozano, and Raphael Landicho as the Voltes V team.
Voltes V: Legacy is a production from the GMA Entertainment Group, in collaboration with Telesuccess Productions and TOEI Company.
Let's volt in again with Voltes V: Legacy, Monday to Friday, 4:30 p.m. on GMA Afternoon Prime!
It will have a simulcast on Pinoy Hits and can be viewed online via Kapuso Stream.
