According to clevelandclinic.org, "ACL tear is an injury to the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in your knee." They also described meniscus tears as "a very common knee injury, especially among athletes. Sudden, twisting movements — like pivoting to catch a ball — can tear the cartilage in your knee." Furthermore, the torn MCL is noted as "a common knee injury. It most often happens to people who play sports like football, basketball and skiing. MCL tears are most often treated without surgery, though there are surgery options."
A notable part of Raheel's reel highlights his positive outlook and determination to recover. The Never Say Die actor emphasized, "But I refuse to wait that long."
"I refuse to wait 6 months until I can hit the bag again. I refuse to wait 6 months until I can hit the mitts again. I refuse to wait 8 months before I can spar again. I refuse to wait 10 months before I can run again."
Raheel added, "Most of all, I refuse to give up. Stay hungry, stay foolish."
