Cesar was Barbie's director in her 2009 movie 'Puntod.'
Kapuso actress Barbie Forteza wrote a heartfelt tribute to the late journalist and director Cesar Apolinario.
Cesar passed away on Friday morning, December 13.
In a post on Instagram, Barbie said that it was Cesar who first trusted her as an actress.
Cesar was Barbie's director in her 2009 movie, Puntod.
"Kayo po ang pinakaunang naniwala sa kakayahan ko, Direk @cesarapolinario at patuloy na naniwala," Barbie wrote in the caption.
