Green shake a la Gabby Concepcion

Ingredients:

talbos ng kamote (camote leaves)

spinach

malunggay leaves (moringa leaves)

talbos ng sili (chili leaves)

apples

coconut juice

saging saba

kamote (boiled sweet potato)

ice cubes

*garlic

*sili (red chili)

*optional ingredient

Procedure:

1. In a blender, combine the malunggay, kamote, saging na saba, chili leaves, camote leaves, red chili, coconut juice, spinach, garlic, and apple.

2. Mix the ingredients.

3. Add ice cubes.
