Did you know that you can make a dense and gooey brownie using only a microwave?

Japanese food vlogger Cook Kafemaru shared a recipe from brownies that only needs to cook for 90 seconds in a microwave.

She cooked her in a heat-safe container and warns that cook times may vary since not all microwaves perform the same.

Ingredients

• 35 grams cake flour
• 12 grams cocoa powder
• 20 grams unsalted butter
• 15 grams milk
• 25 grams sugar
• egg yolk
• 10 grams chocolate chips

Procedure

1. Combine 35 grams of cake flour and 12 grams cocoa powder
2. Place 20 grams of unsalted butter and 15 grams of milk in a heat-safe container then microwave for 30 seconds
3. Mix in 25 grams of sugar
4. Mix in the egg yolk
5. Mix in the combined cake flour and cocoa powder
6. Top with 10 grams of chocolate chips
7. Microwave for 90 seconds.
