Salsa at mussels? Masarap kaya ang combo na ito? Subukan.
INGREDIENTS:
medium cloves garlic
minced onions
diced tomatoes
chopped fresh parsley
lemon zest
olive oil
salt and pepper
mussels or tahong
2 tablespoons butter
PROCEDURE:
1. To prepare the fresh salsa : Place the garlic, onions, tomatoes and lemon zest in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix well then set aside.
2. To prepare mussels: Remove one shell from the mussel. Place some butter and garlic mixture on the mussels using a teaspoon or brush.
3. Top the mussels with fresh salsa mixture.
4. Arrange the mussels in a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate.
