Try this easy to cook and very flavorful Filipino appetizer.


 

 

Ingredients:

2 pieces CDO Idol Cheesedog (sliced)
1 pc mais or corn kernels
1/4 cup potato starch
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 medium size onion (finely chopped)
1 large egg
Cooking oil for frying

Procedure:

1. Mix all the ingredients for the okoy to make the batter except cooking oil
2. Preheat the oil for frying. Scoop a spoonful of the batter then drop in the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
3. Serve hot with vinegar, soy sauce, and little bit of sugar.
