Ordinary Bistek Tagalog? Spice it up with Chef Boy's recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo slices of boneless pork chop
1/4 cup calamansi juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cooking oil
30 grams chopped garlic
500 grams onion rings
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
 
 
PROCEDURE:
1. Season with salt, pepper, pork chop, calamansi juice, then pan-grill until done. Set aside.
 
2. Sauté the onion rings until smothered, then place pan-grilled pork chop into plate. Top with smothered onion and sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
