Line clay pot with banana leaves. Arrange pork fat and tulingan, and top with shallots, sili pansigang, salt and pepper.<br /> </div> <div> 2. Pour the pureed green mango, then simmer - covered - for 30 minutes. <br /> <br /> 3. Place in plate and garnish on the top with green chili.</div>
