Who would have thought that you can use corned beef to make this dish?


Ingredients:

300g packet fresh thin egg noodles
2 tbsps vegetable oil
1 can CDO Karne Norte 150g
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 thumb-sized ginger (grated)
1 pc carrot (small diced)
1 pc red bell pepper (sliced)
½ cup water
1/3 cup oyster sauce
2 tbsps cornstarch
1 stalk leeks (white part)
2 tsps sesame oil to taste (optional)

Procedure:

1. Saute ginger, garlic, carrots, and bell pepper. Add in CDO Karne Norte. Cook for 3 minutes.
2. On a separate bowl, combine water, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add the mixture into into the pan.
3. Toss in egg noodles. Make sure to coat noodles with the sauce.
4. Top leeks then drizzle sesame oil before serving (optional).
