Kapuso actress and fitness enthusiast Jackie Lou Blanco launched her own line of peanut butter last September.

Jackie Lou's peanut butter line has four variants: Sugar-free Peanut Butter, Choco Nut Butter, Cinnamon Peanut Butter, and Cashew Peanut Butter.

In her recent guesting on Mars Pa More, Jackie Lou shared her easy recipe for the healthy version of everyone's favorite spread.

Below are the two ingredients and two steps in making Jackie Lou's Sugar-free Peanut Butter.

Ingredients:
1) 500 grams cooked peanuts
2) 3 tbsp. of oil

Procedure:
1) Grind peanuts in a blender or food processor for 20 minutes.
2) Slowly pour in the oil and keep blending until desired consistency is reached.

According to Jackie Lou, you can use canola oil, corn oil, or vegetable oil for the sugar-free peanut butter.

She also emphasized that the advantage of having a sugar-free option for health-conscious people, is that you can add sugar or honey on days when you feel like you want your peanut butter to be extra sweet.
