Following the release of their dreamy wedding photos, newlyweds Kristel Fulgar and her South Korean husband Ha Su-hyuk surprised fans with a cinematic pre-wedding video that feels straight out of a K-drama.
Shared on Instagram, the heart-fluttering video was filmed in Andong-si, South Korea, where the couple explored scenic locations while spending quality time together. They first visited traditional Korean houses wearing hanbok.
Fans couldn't help but gush over as well the sweeping views of mountains, rivers, and lakes, as well as the subtle nods to iconic K-drama scenes throughout the shoot.
What made the video even more special were the heartfelt messages Kristel and Ha Su-hyuk exchanged, expressing their deep love and commitment to each other.
"This isn't just a romantic story. It's a testimony. A reminder that waiting isn't wasted when it's done with God. That there's beauty in becoming the right person, while trusting that the right person is on their way, too," said in the captions. "So if you're still in your season of waiting--don't lose heart. The comments section quickly overflowed with congratulatory messages and praises, with many fans saying the video felt like watching a short, romantic series.
Kristel and Ha Su-hyuk officially tied the knot on May 10, 2025, in a touching ceremony at Luna Miele in Seoul. Their love story blossomed after Su-hyuk joined Iglesia ni Cristo in November 2024, and they got engaged just a few months later in February 2025.
