Actress Melissa Ricks is now an engaged woman!

The Filipina-American native said her sweet “yes” to boyfriend Michael Macatangay in an intimate surprise party held in Batangas with their closest family and friends.

Posted on Nice Print Photography's official Instagram account, the beautiful 30-year-old flaunted her diamond engagement ring to the world while hugging her soon-to-be-husband.

According to reports, the carefully planned proposal was prepared by Michael with the help of events designer Gideon Hermosa.

Fans and fellow celebrities, including Joross Gamboa and Say Alonzo, sent their well wishes to the happy couple.

Before her engagement, Melissa had a relationship with non-showbiz ex-partner Charles Togezaki. They have a daughter named Keira who was born in January 2015.

She was also linked with Jake Cuenca and Paul Jake Castillo.
