Rufa Mae Quinto gives off killer vibes in a parody video of 'Kill Boksoon.'

Rufa Mae Quinto shows off her brand of comedy and acting skills in a parody of the newest crime action Korean film Kill Boksoon.

Titled Kill Boksoon: Todo Na 'To, the parody video posted on Netflix's social media accounts shows Rufa dressed as the titular character buying and paying for bottles of fish sauce under 70% discount.

The cashier, however, informs her that the promo has already ended and that she has to pay the full price, which irritates her as the cashier only informed her about it after scanning all her items.

She then topples the bottles over and pulls out a gun, before proceeding to shoot the bottles of patis on display. Then, she pulls out a hand axe to destroy the banner about the promo.

In the next scene, Rufa Mae pulls out a katana and proceeds to walk towards the cashier, who pulls out an umbrella to use as a weapon. What ensues is a comedic fight between them with some scenes from the original movie recreated.

The comedienne-actress, however, only imagined everything that happened and asked the cashier to void everything after informing her that she won't be cooking with patis.

Netizens, meanwhile, loved the parody and praised the acting of Rufa, with some of them saying that the streaming service should do an official parody of the movie with her as the actress.

“Netflix should produce a PH parody film version of Kill Boksoon with Rufa Mae Quinto as the title role holder,” one netizen said.

Another netizen mentioned how Rufa “never failed to amuse [him],” while another mentioned how they almost spilled their coffee watching her parody.

Meanwhile, one netizen noted how Rufa has the potential to have a leading, serious role and expressed their hope to stop typecasting in Philippine Entertainment.

“I hope matigil na ang typecasting sa Philippine entertainment mostly dun sa mga comedians and give them not just an equal treatment but an equitable right and everything. I hope to see ms. Rufa in the serious action role or thriller whether be series or movie,” they added.

Some netizens, on the other hand, noted the cinematography of the parody and said how it has that Korean look.
