Sarah Geronimo is set to receive an accolade at the Billboard Women in Music Awards.
Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo will be honored at the Billboard Women in Music Awards which will be held this March in the US.
She will be the first born-and-raised Filipina to be recognized at the awards show since it began back in 2007.
Sarah will be given the Global Force Award, a brand-new category that was introduced this year. She shares this honor with fellow singers Annalisa from Italy and Luísa Sonza from Brazil.
Other celebrities to be given accolades at the Billboard Women in Music Awards include Kylie Minogue, Ice Spice, and K-pop girl group NewJeans.
The Billboard Women in Music Awards will be hosted by Tracee Ellis Ross and will be held on March 6 at the YouTube Theater in California.
Sarah recently released the futuristic music video for the song "My Mind," a song she and singer and dancer Billy Crawford collaborated on.
