"Pray the PassaLord Prayer for Peace for the containment of COVID-19, that it may not spread further in the Philippines and throughout the world," Nanay Bing Pimentel, founder of the PasaLord Prayer Movement, urged Filipinos all over the world today.

"When we say the prayer, God knows that we are asking Him to intervene in this pandemic," she said.
For our specific intentions, we ask our Almighty God to:
- Heal the victims, prevent further contagion and mitigate the effects of this global crisis, which He is more than able to do.
- Grant provisions for all the countries, cities, and establishments in lockdown and for all families who do not have the resources to cope with the crisis. This includes sufficiency of test kits, medicines for recovery and the speedy production of a vaccine for the virus.
- Protect the first responders, health workers, hospital doctors, nurses, and staff, as well as immigration, defense, and police personnel on the frontline
- Cover the people who have unwittingly come in contact with infected persons, that they may be spared for contracting the disease and transmitting the disease to their families and communities
- Mitigate the effect on the economies, industrial sectors and companies affected by the crisis
