Sharon Cuneta prepared a feast for husband Kiko Pangilinan in celebration of Father's Day.

Two Sundays ago, Frankie Pangilinan called out her mom Sharon Cuneta for mistakenly celebrating Father's Day as early as June 6th.

The19-year-old tweeted, “Shawie really thought today was Father's Day so she prepared a feast. So now we have two Father's Day to celebrate… and honestly, Fred [Kiko Pangilinan] needs that love and appreciation.”

A couple of weeks and a few dialogues exchanged later, Sharon, Kiko, Frankie and the rest of the Pangilinan clan finally celebrated a peaceful Father's Day yesterday, June 21.

The Megastar showcased the array of food she has prepared as well as snippets of how the family honored the man of their house.

She wrote in one of the posts, “Father's Day dinner tonight! God is good all the time. Happy Father's Day to all you fathers out there. May God bless you all!”

Although missing in the festivity, KC Concepcion also wrote a lengthy message to stepdad Kiko whom she calls “dad” and described him as the one who “completed my sense of family when he married my mother.”

Kiko, who became the father figure of KC when she was 12, was the one who brought her to many of her activities and taught her the value of hard work and money because in his words, “life is hard and not always fair.”

She shared, “He taught me about 'adulting' or mature things--how to be responsible and WOKE [I was 12 going on 13 when we officially became a family].

“When we lived in Boston, he arranged our daily schedule and did everything for our family to function well even while mom, he, and I were all studying at the same time! Dad in Harvard Kennedy School of Government, mom in Boston College, and me in Beaver Country Day School.

Adding, “I'm forever thankful for the patience, discipline, support, and order he put into our lives I still remember how proud I was as a teen to finally have someone to call 'Dad.'”

Dad- The one who completed my sense of family when he married my mother. He taught me about “adulting” or mature things- how to be responsible, and WOKE (I was 12 going on 13 when we officially became a family). When we lived in Boston, he arranged our daily schedule and did everything for our family to function well even while mom, he and I were all studying at the same time! Dad in Harvard Kennedy school of government, mom in Boston College, and me in Beaver Country Day School. 🎓 He not only brought me to my dental appointments, ice skating training, and to see my favorite musical bands, he also cheered the loudest at soccer games and skating competitions. ⛸🎹⚽️At home, he taught me how to do household chores, assigned me my favorite chore which was doing the dishes, and taught me how to do the groceries, budget my money, maintain a diary, and also toughen up because “life is hard and not always fair.” ⏳ I'm forever thankful for the patience, discipline, support and order he put into our lives. I still remember how proud i was as a teen to finally have someone to call Dad. 🖤@kiko.pangilinan #HappyFathersDay
