Sheryl Cruz visited the grave of the veteran actress on Saturday, May 20.
Seasoned star Sheryl Cruz commemorates the first death anniversary of her aunt Susan Roces, who passed away at the age of 80 on May 20, 2022 due to cardiopulmonary arrest.
In her post, Sheryl marked the veteran actress's death anniversary by paying a visit to the grave of the showbiz icon.
“#MamaInday1stDeathAnniversary,” she simply wrote in her caption.
Susan, whose real name is Jesusa Purificacion Levy Sonora, was the wife of King of Philippine Movies, the late Fernando Poe Jr. who died in 2004.
She was known for her classic beauty and immense talent as an actress.
Meanwhile, Sheryl considers her “Tita Swannie” as her second mother.
In one of her past interviews with the press, Sheryl mentioned how she really values her aunt.
“My aunt is always going to be a part of my life and she's always gonna be my blood. She's always gonna be the person I look up to as my second mother,” she said.
Sheryl Cruz is also part of the cast of the upcoming legal drama series Lilet Matias: Attorney-at-Law.
