“When so many things suddenly decide to collide all at once, nakakaiyak,” confessed Kyla in an Instagram post.

Singer and mom Kyla Alvarez revealed that she has been feeling emotional since the start of the enhanced community quarantine.

In a tell-all post on Instagram, Kyla said that the idea of going back to work after being stuck for 5 months at home left her feeling “overwhelmed by uncertainty and worry.”

She added, “There are so many things that's out of our control right now. Sometimes I even feel so powerless.

“Minsan parang sinasadya, when so many things suddenly decide to collide all at once, nakakaiyak.

“But, I refuse to let this unwanted virus control me. Super unwanted. Hate, actually. Or maybe more than that. Abhor, maybe?”

Kyla shared that she longs for the day she can freely go out in the world without any worry with her family by her side.

“I know, I have faith, that soon we will enjoy a beautiful and sunny day outside without any worries and without our masks again,” she said.

Just want to share.. Lately, i've been feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty and worry. Especially now, when i started going back to work- after being stuck for 5months at home. I wanted to post this picture. It reminds me of how free and happy we were that day when we took this picture. Ahhh freedom! There are so many things that's out of our control right now. Sometimes i even feel so powerless. Minsan parang sinasadya, when so many things suddenly decide to collide all at once. Nakakaiyak. 😭 But i refuse to let this unwanted virus control me. Super unwanted. Hate, actually. Or maybe more than that. Abhor maybe?😩 I know, i have faith, that soon we will enjoy a beautiful and sunny day outside without any worries and without our masks again. I love this verse from Psalms. I find solace in knowing that wherever i am in the world, whatever i'm feeling, He's always here and will protect us. To anyone who needs a little encouragement, i hope this helps- Psalm 139:10 🤍
