Sparkle stars Lexi Gonzales, Luke Conde, Kim De Leon, Jeff Moses, and Anjay Anson revealed their plans for this year's Holy Week as well as their best beach memories.

According to Kapuso actress Lexi, she and her family might travel outside the city to spend time together and do Visita Iglesia with their other relatives.

“My family and I might spend time together out-of-town or if sumama 'yung mga tita ko and 'yung mga tito ko, we might do Visita Iglesia. If ever man na mag-out-of-town kami, I want to go to the beach para all-in-one,” she said in an interview with GMANetwork.com.

When asked about her best beach memory, the actress-singer said that it was during her 18th birthday celebration in Batangas. In addition, Lexi's trip to Hong Kong with her dad also served as a great memory as they got to visit the Oceanside.

She shared, “These are all good memories 'cause growing up, hindi talaga ako nagkaroon ng much time to spend with my parents. So, noong 18th birthday ko 'yung pinaka-happiest moment of my life talaga kasi I got to do two celebrations with both of [my] parents.”

Luke, on the other hand, will be spending his time with his family this Holy Week.

He said, “I'll just spend my time with my family. As always kasi 'yun naman lagi kami, like every Holy Week, kami kami 'yung mga magkakasama. Tingnan natin kung magkakaroon pa ng chance na mag out-of-town.”

Meanwhile, Kim is planning to visit his hometown in Balai, Batangas to be with his family. One of his best memories at the beach was when his family used to go to Matabungkay Beach.

“Mga bata pa kami noon, kumpleto kami palagi, and sumasakay kami do'n sa balsa tapos may bahay. Nami-miss ko 'yun sobra,” the StarStruck Season 7 Ultimate Male Survivor said.

Just like his fellow Kapuso talents, Jeff is also planning to bond with his family in the province this Holy Week.

“Doon ko na rin siguro i-spend 'yung Holy Week ko kasama mga kapatid kasi nami-miss ko na rin sila. And I think do'n din magkakaroon ako ng peace of mind kasi nasa mismong bahay namin,” he shared.

A simple out-of-town trip with the family is one of Anjay's plans for this year's Semana Santa.

The Widows' Web actor told GMANetwork.com, “Medyo matagal na rin po kasi hindi nakakapag-spend ng time kasama 'yung family dahil syempre pandemic pa ngayon, hindi kami makalabas. At least ngayon na Alert Level 1 na lang, puwede kami mag-beach.”

The young actor also recalled his best beach memory, saying, “Sa Baler, nag-surf kami do'n. First time ko mag-surfing and sobrang na-enjoy ko. Kahit 'yung mom ko, [she tried] rin mag-surf.

He continued, “Nakakatuwa na kahit 'yung activities na pang-bagets, ginagawa niyo pa rin para makasabay sa amin. And 'yung bonding namin na sama-sama throughout all the trips we had, 'yun po 'yung pinaka-importante pa rin sa akin.”

Indeed, spending quality time with our loved ones this Holy Week is a meaningful way to commemorate the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
