Thea Astley, Cheska Fausto, Sean Lucas, and Vince Maristela shared their thoughts on the issue and also cited some of their personal experiences.

ATM (Adventure. Taste. Moments) recently launched its own podcast, TRGGRD, and the squad already talked about a hot topic on its first episode as they discussed micro-cheating.

In the episode, Sparkle stars and real-life friends Sean Lucas, Thea Astley, Vince Maristela, and Cheska Fausto each shared what they think counts as micro-cheating.

Vince started off the episode by looking up the definition of micro-cheating, which "refers to subtle behaviors or actions that may indicate emotional or physical infidelity in a relationship."

Cheska, Thea, and Sean then gave their own meaning of micro-cheating. For Cheska, these are little things that someone does that when their partner finds out could hurt their feelings.

Thea, meanwhile, said it is any act that betrays your partner's trust, even if not physical.

The Sparkle artists also cited different situations and determined whether they think it is micro-cheating or not.

One discussion that "triggered" the whole crew was when Vince asked what they thought about their partners offering someone else a ride home.

At the latter part of the episode, Thea, Cheska, Sean, and Vince each evaluated whether or not they have committed micro-cheating in the past.
