Looking happy and well-rested the original Bad Boy of Philippine show business consented to an interview about the girls in his life.
Fresh from his European trip with his family, Robin Padilla is now back in the country. Looking happy and well-rested the original Bad Boy of Philippine show business consented to an interview about the girls in his life.
First Robin talked about his wife, Liezl Sicangco. The press teased him as to whether or not the European trip was a second honeymoon for the couple.
"Hindi ako dapat ang sumasagot nyan (laughs), pero masaya kami, alam nyo naman ang dating ng Europa sa paningin ng bawat tao. Napaka romantic nyan, sa lahat ng bagay romantic kay Leizel at sa mga bata."
His daughters were indeed raving about their trip and had this to say:

"Talagang masayang masaya 'yung feeling na magkakasama kami, kumpleto kami. Parang nawawalan ako ng lungkot kasi buo po kami bilang isang family because we haven’t been together for a very long time so it was very important that we make the most of everything" confided Queenie Padilla.
"Ang sweet po nila sa Europe. Lagi silang magkasama, magkahawak ng kamay, nagki-kiss. Minsan po naghihiwalay kami para may special time sila," added Kylie. She also shared that they are happy to see their parents together and working things out.
"Lahat naman ng mag-asawa may problema, but at the end of the day they still love each other and they will fix it," assured Robin’s younger daughter.
The interview then went to the subject of whether Robin is now allowing his two lovely daughters to entertain suitors.
"Babae yun e, natural lang 'yun pero pagdating dyan meron kaming napagkasunduan," quips the strict father of Queenie and Kylie. He then enumerated his provisions and conditions:
"Kailangang manaig ang kulturang Filipino, kailangang sa bahay at may oras. Hindi pwedeng may date [dahil] hindi yang kulturang Filipino. Kailangan lahat may kinalaman sa pagiging Filipina niya."
Though their father has accepted the fact that he will eventually deal with boys wanting to court his daughters, Queenie and Kylie were however adamant about entertaining suitors. They said they would rather concentrate on their careers than think about boys.
"Career muna bago boys. Hindi naman pwedeng iwasan yan. Basta ifo-focus ko muna 'yung sarili ko sa career ko, bago boys," assures Queenie who will soon be seen with his father in
Totoy Bato, GMA’s remake of Fernando Poe Jr.’s hit movie. --
