'Stella Dance Jam: Philippines x Japan Friendship 2026' features performances from Japanese and Filipino dancers, Rie Hata, SB19, and more!
The stage is set for a historic showcase of talent, routine, and grit in the upcoming Stella Dance Jam: Philippines X Japan Friendship 2026 this June!
It is a showcase in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Japan and the Philippines, presented by Japan Foundation Manila.
Joining the special event is the renowned Filipino-Japanese choreographer dubbed the Queen of Swag, RIEHATA. She is set to bring the stage on fire with SB19, RHT Family, and 1Z Entertainment's rising stars, XONARA and J2X.
Aside from RIEHATA and P-Pop excellence, the stage will also feature 33 dancers selected by RIEHATA through auditions held in Japan and the Philippines—13 from Japan and 20 from the Philippines.
Stella Dance Jam: Philippines X Japan Friendship 2026, happening on June 20 and 21, at The Theatre at Solaire in Parañaque, also marks the launch of RIEHATA's potential three-year program in the Philippines.
This initiative aims to spark dynamic exchanges and meaningful collaborations through the art of dance, celebrating diverse cultures while building strong connections among young dancers from the Philippines, Japan, and beyond.
