Yes, you read that right! You can turn leftover rice into a dessert - and not just an ordinary dessert, but a delicious and one of a kind panghimagas. It's definitely possible!

Pinas Sarap went on a food and history tour of Cavite and discovered Sinudsod, Caviteños' unique and delectable dessert which uses leftover rice as one of its main ingredients.

You can certainly recreate this native delicacy because it also uses other favorite Pinoy ingredients for desserts such as gulaman, gata, and pinipig.
