
Valerie Concepcion is one happy and proud mom as her firstborn, Heather Fiona, finished her college studies.
Heather Fiona earned her degree in nursing from Far Eastern University. In an Instagram post, the celebrity mom shared photos from her daughter's graduation day and penned a heartfelt message for her.
The former Hating Kapatid actress honored her daughter's hard work, sacrifices, and efforts that led to this milestone.
“I watched you grow, learn, stumble, rise, and become the incredible woman you are today. I can't help but feel overwhelmed with pride, gratitude, and so much love.
“My dearest daughter, this milestone is YOURS. You worked hard for this. You earned this. And I hope you know how incredibly proud we are of you. Not just because you graduated, but because of the person you have become along the way,” she wrote.
Valerie then said that no matter how old Heather gets, a part of her “will always see the little girl I used to hold close.”
She added, “I also see the strong, beautiful, and amazing woman you have become, and what a privilege it is to be your mom.”
The versatile star also expressed her gratitude to her parents for helping in raising her daughter and being there for them through the years. Valerie also thanked her husband, Francis Sunga, for always being there for Heather and for being a supportive spouse.
“Your love and support made so much of this possible. I am forever grateful to have you by my side,” she continued.
Valerie then expressed her love and support for Heather, promising her that she will always be with her every step of the way.
“You are one of my greatest joys and proudest blessings. I love you more than words could ever say. And as you step into this next chapter, always remember: wherever life takes you, you will never walk alone. I will always be here, cheering you on, believing in you, and loving you every step of the way.
“Congratulations, our college graduate,” she added.
Heather Fiona is the actress' child with her former partner, Jeremy Carag. Valerie also has a son, Viktor, with her husband, Francis Sunga.
