Megaseries Voltes V: Legacy had many surprises for fans and attendees of the recently concluded ToyCon PH Evolution PH 2024.

A giant inflatable of the Voltes V: Legacy robot debuted at the event and was unveiled by Matt Lozano, one of the lead stars of the series.

"Nakita ko 'yung classic version. At least ito mayroon na tayong Voltes V: Legacy version, of course, from Telesuccess," the actor said.

Aside from the giant inflatable, a collectible statue based on the 3D render of the robot from the show was also made available for preorder at the ToyCon.

It is made of resin and costs range from Php 18,000 to Php 87,000, depending on the size.

Voltes V: Legacy also received a Special Citation for Anime Live Action from the Otaku Choice Awards 2024.

Matt personally accepted the trophy during the event.
