Pinadaling estofado na maihahain agad ninyo. Paano?
INGREDIENTS:
6 pcs CDO Ulam Burger
½ cup sliced button mushrooms
¼ cup green peas
2 cloves garlic
1 pc small onion, chopped
3 tbsps tomato paste
1 pc laurel leaf
½ tsp peppercorns
2 tbsps oyster sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 ½ cups beef stock
1 tbsp cooking oil
salt
pepper
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat pan and oil, then lightly brown CDO Ulam Burger then set aside.
2. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic, then add button mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes then add tomato paste and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add beef stock, brown sugar, oyster sauce, peppercorns and laurel leaves, then simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add green peas and cooked CDO Ulam Burger, then cook for 2 minutes.
5. Serve with rice.
