Ready Xyriel Manabat's response to a body shamer here:
Xyriel Manabat is known for not taking malicious comments lightly, so she immediately slammed a body-shaming comment on her OOTD post on Instagram last October 12.
The comment read, “Di ba pwedeng bawasan, parang ang bigat dalhin.”
Xyriel replied without batting an eyelash, "Di ba pwedeng manahimik, parang ang stupid magcomment e”
In a previous interview with Darla Sauler, the young actress Xyriel expressed discomfort about “below-the-belt” comments on her body.
She said, “Hindi po ako napa-flatter sa ibang comments kasi 'yung iba po below-the-belt and sana alam nila na sexual harassment is never okay po. Hindi po siya fine.”
“Sana, minor man, girl or boy, ano mang age, gender, suot, sana po walang ganung kasi never po siya nakakatulong.”
