Yasmien Kurdi and Ayesha Zara hospitalized

Yasmien Kurdi on Ayesha's recent health struggle: “We're not alone in this parenting journey.”

Sparkle actress Yasmien Kurdi and her husband Rey Soldevilla have encountered some challenging days recently with the hospitalization of their 11-year-old daughter Ayesha Zara.

In her Instagram post last September 17, the StarStruck season one First Princess shared that they had to rush their panganay to the hospital due to stomach pain and vomiting.

The StarStruck First Princess even admitted that it was frustrating that she could not look after her daughter in the hospital because she needed to attend to her newborn daughter Raya Layla.

With the health struggle of her daughter, Yasmien shared the lesson she learned amid this difficult moment. And she realized that having her whole family supporting her definitely eased the burden.

Mommy Yas said, “As parents, we'd do anything to take away our child's pain and make them whole again.

“But what brings us comfort is knowing they have an entire family behind them, offering love, support, and encouragement every step of the way. It's a feeling that's both heartwarming and humbling - a reminder that we're not alone in this parenting journey, and that together, we can help our little ones overcome even the toughest challenges.”
