After announcing that three iKON members turned out positive for COVID-19, YG Entertainment issued another statement confirming that TREASURE member Yoshi and iKON's Junhoe are among those who got infected with the new coronavirus disease.

Last January 23, the talent management agency revealed that Jinhwan, Yunhyeong, and Donghyuk have contracted the virus.

A few days later, YG Entertainment issued a statement that both Yoshi and Junhoe are in isolation, after their tests turned out positive. Fortunately, the two K-idols have already gotten their COVID-19 vaccines.

The agency stressed that they are doing everything they can to protect everyone and they will continue to test other artists and staff members, too.

“We will continue to conduct COVID-19 tests on artists and staff members, regardless of whether they were in close contact [with those who tested positive] or not, while disinfecting the office,” the agency said.

Last year, TREASURE's Doyoung and Junghwan, were diagnosed with COVID-19, but both have recovered from their bout with the dreaded virus.

TREASURE is preparing for their comeback next month with the release of their mini-album The Second Step: Chapter One slated on February 15.
