Recipe: Mac and cheese spring rolls

 

 

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
220 g Danes cheese spread
Salt and pepper
10-12 pieces lumpia wrapper
Cooking oil for frying

Procedure:

1. Mix the cooked macaroni and Danes cheese spread together. In a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper then mix.
2. Lay lumpia wrapper, put 1 to 2 tablespoon of macaroni mixture then roll and seal.
3. Heat cooking oil then deep fry the macaroni and cheese egg rolls.
4. Serve with Danes cheese spread as a dip.
