RECIPE: CDO Ulam Burger Sotanghon

 

 

Ingredients:

6 pieces CDO Ulam Burger (cut into strips)
6 cloves garlic
3 tbsp oyster sauce
6 pcs pepper
50g dried sotanghon
500 ml chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Chinese cabbage (shredded)
1/2 cup carrots (sliced)

Directions:

1. Heat oil in wok, fry garlic and pepper until fragrant
2. Add sliced CDO Ulam Burger, stir fry for about 5-7 minutes
3. Pour in chicken stock and boil for 5 minutes
4. Add in the uncooked sotanghon
5. Mix in the oyster sauce, Chinese cabbage, and carrots
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste
7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving
