Recipe: CDO Idol Cheesedog Hawaiian Kebabs

 

 

Ingredients:

5 pieces CDO Idol Cheesedog (cut into 1/3 pieces)
2 cups fresh pineapple (cut into 1-1/2 inch chunks)
1 large onion (cut into 1-1/2 inch chunks)
1 cup teriyaki sauce (optional)
5 pcs bamboo skewers (soaked in water)
 

Procedure:
1. Skewer pineapple, onion, and hotdogs in an alternating pattern with bamboo skewers. Baste all sides of skewers with teriyaki sauce if desired.
2. Carefully place skewers on hot grill, and turn every few minutes to cook all sides. 
3. Arrange on to clean plate and baste hot kebabs with additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
