Recipe: CDO Ulam Burger Lemongrass Stew

 

 

Ingredients:

2 tbsps vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 pc small onion (diced)
6 pieces CDO Ulam Burger
1 cup water
2 stalks lemongrass/ tanglad (pounded and tied)
1 pc medium potato (peeled and cut into wedges)
1 pc large red bell pepper (cut into thin strips)
1/2 cup evaporated milk

Procedure:

1. Sauté the garlic and onion in oil and add the burger and cook two minutes per side.
3. Pour in the water and bring it to boil.
4. Add the lemongrass and potato wedges and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
5. Add the bell pepper and evaporated milk. Let it simmer for five minutes then serve with steamed rice.
