GMA Artist Center beauty Pauline Mendoza lists down the actors she wants to work with in the future and John Estrada is one of them!
It seems Pauline Mendoza has learned a lot more of her capabilities as a drama actress after doing Babawiin Ko Ang Lahat late last year.
The afternoon soap, which will premiere this afternoon, February 22, is the biggest break of her young career, since she will portray the lead role of Iris Salvador.
During their one-month lock-in taping in Batangas in 2020, she has honed her talents even more and with the help of her co-stars, especially John Estrada who plays her father in the drama series, Pauline became a lot more confident with herself.
In an exclusive Give Me Five video, Pauline shared why she wants to work with John again if given the chance in her future projects.
She explained, “Sobrang ganado 'yung kuya relationship ko sa kanya, talagang naging solid 'yun.
“Hindi ko talaga titigilan na sabihin na ang dami kong natutunan kay Kuya John and 'yung mga advice niya.
“Kilala niya kasi actually ako about as a person, hindi lang actor. So, gusto ko uli maka-work si Kuya John.”
Among the multitude of international actors, Pauline dreams of working with singer-actor Zac Efron.
The Kapuso actress said that Zac gave a chilling and amazing performance as the serial killer Ted Bundy in the movie 'Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile.'
“Napanood ko 'yung film niya sa Netflix, which is gumanap siya na Ted Bundy sa 'Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile.'
“Ang galing niya dun, so malay mo 'di ba international, hindi naman masamang mangarap, so he's one that.”
Immense potential of Pauline
In a previous interview of John Estrada with GMANetwork.com, he praised Pauline for her hard work and passion to learn her craft.
The brilliant TV-movie actor also lauded her for taking time to listen to their advice on how to become a better actress.
“And nagustuhan ko kay Pauline, talagang nakikinig siya, hindi mo siya nakitang umarte.
“Well to tell you honestly, noong mga first taping days namin parang sabi ko, 'Aba, parang may attitude 'to.' But, I was wrong, I was completely wrong!
“Noong nag-lock-in taping kami, doon ko nakita 'yung totoong kulay ni Pauline na she's really willing to listen and willing siya magtrabaho, willing siya matuto."
