#LongHairNoMore: Gil Cuerva cuts hair for his role in 'Beautiful Justice'
International model-turned-actor Gil Cuerva didn't think twice to cut his long hair for his role as Vin Ocampo in the action-drama series Beautiful Justice.
GMANetwork.com got exclusive access to Peps Sylvestre Salon in Quezon City last night September 24 to cover Gil's transformation.
The Kapuso hottie admitted during his interview with GMA showbiz reporter Lhar Santiago that a new hairstyle is a good career move on his part.
Gil explained, “Career-wise it's a good change I guess and then hopefully a lot of good things to come from this haircut.
“My head feels lighter wala na 'yung buhok, I like it I really like it!"
He also thanked Peps Silvestre for styling his hair.
“Of course thank you to Mothers Peps (Silvestre) for styling my hair and I hope the Kapuso viewers will like it. Sana 'yung manonood ng Beautiful Justice will like the new hair of Vin Ocampo.”
Moreover, Gil explained that as an actor he is willing to do anything and everything for his role.
“Hopefully, it's the start of good things to come.
“Whatever hair is required for a role gagawin ko naman, so tulad ng Beautiful Justice sabi nila they wanted a new look, a shorter hair, I did it willingly.
“You know for future projects naman if kailangan ko magpagupit I'll do it.”
