Comediennes Chariz Solomon and Valeen Montenegro became a popular duo for portraying cool moms named Mommy Vicky and Mommy Karen in “Balitang Ina” segment on 'Bubble Gang.'
In an Instagram video in June 2020, Chariz and Valeen revealed whose idea is "Balitang Ina."
The former recalled, “Ang nag-pitch nito, tama ba, ako? Correct me if I'm wrong, ang nag-pitch nung idea when we were having dinner one time [was] RJ Padilla, bago siya mag-punta ng Australia noon.”
