Stephanie Sol's diet secrets


There is no stopping Stephanie Sol for getting a sexy figure this summer.

According to Stephanie, she’s trying to work out at least twice a week to make sure that she will stay fit. “I drink lots of water. Well, nakakapagod lang kasi lagi kang mag-CR. Happy disposition helps rin,” she added.

Stephanie shared that she also has a moment of weakness just like other people who are on a diet. “I try, but I always fail. Sinabi ko na para sa summer body, try ko na walang pork at beef pero second day pa lang, wala na kumain na ako. Wala rin, fail. So I guess, everything at moderation. Just don't starve yourself and don't overeat,” she advised.

Despite Stephanie’s slender frame, she can eat a whole cake on her own. “Bigyan mo ako ng isang araw tapos ‘yun lang kakainin ko, buong cake lang, kaya ko 'yun. Ginawa ko na siya, so alam kong kaya ko siyang gawin ulit,” she shared.

For people who are trying to lose weight, Stephanie shares some tips to make sure they get body that they want.

“Well, lahat naman kasi ng steps nasa online na e, kahit saan mababasa mo na. Just find the determination, find a deep reason why you want to do it like for summer or for your health. Mamo-motivate ka, basta find something that will motivate you”.
