Miss Millennial Pampanga Angela Robson was crowned as 1st runner-up, Miss Millennial Lanao del Norte Annabelle McDonnell as 2nd runner-up, and Miss Millennial Nueva Ecija Maica Martinez as 3rd runner-up.
