Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero got real with the King of Talk in the second part of their exclusive interview on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda.
In the episode last March 15, Heart and Chiz shared how they handle their finances, how they take public opinion, and even briefly talked about their retirement plans.
Heart also emotionally revealed that they previously were expecting a baby girl, but unfortunately, did not make it.

Chiz Escudero said he and Heart Evangelista have a separation of property since they have a prenup agreement. He added, "What's hers is hers, what's mine is mine. I take care of the household, she takes care of her shopping."
"We were expecting a baby, actually. I wasn't pregnant, but I was expecting my only girl that I had left--eggs. So at that time, I thought she was gonna make it but she didn't. That one was a bit hard for me," Heart Evangelista emotionally revealed, adding that she even named her Sophia Heart.
Despite this, Heart Evangelista said she was sad but not complaining, "I'm blessed in so many other ways, how can I complain? I'm just sad because, of course, I was excited. But I'm not complaining."
Chiz Escudero said she told Heart Evangelista that, "If it's not now, if it's not this, may mas maganda pang naka-plano. Intayin lang namin yon."
During the fast talk segment, Heart Evangelista said her greatest miracle is Chiz Escudero.
When asked if they care about public opinion, Heart Evangelista said, "Before, yes. But I've gone through the worst hells in this world. I have been hurt by the people I most trusted the most so who are these other people that I don't even know? Kumbaga, tumibay na yung sikmura ko. So I don't. I really don't."
Heart Evangelista on trusting people: "You cannot reveal your dreams, your aspirations. You cannot reveal your plans and you cannot give them the map to your success. Because people will take advantage of your innocence and of your sincerity and your heart. The only people that you can really trust are... your family. That's it. Others, will not look at you that way."
Heart Evangelista said she has no plans to enter politics, "No, never. I cannot... For me, what I do is I feel like is already innocent, soft power. Why do I need that kind of power when I can already make a difference with what I'm doing today?"
When asked if he ever considered retiring from politics, Chiz Escudero said, "It's something I have to face either in 2028 or in 2034. Those are the only two choices... because nobody is indispensable. If I can't do it, somebody else might be able to do it better."
Heart Evangelista, meanwhile, said, "For me, dressing up and this whole DNA of fashion and all of that, I never thought of it as a job. I never dressed for anybody and I never dressed to impress or to earn money. So I don't think it's a job... and I will never retire from this."
