'Ageless Passion 3,' airing this Sunday on GTV!

In celebration of the 85th birthday of Retired Chief Justice Artemio V. Panganiban, a musical titled Ageless Passion 3 featuring his life story will be aired on national television through GTV on Sunday, December 5 at 10:00 p.m.

Ageless Passion 3 highlights the important milestones of Chief Justice Panganiban, from his humble beginnings to his professional life, capped in a spirited ensemble portraying his visionary chief justiceship and enduring passion to serve the country.

The musical features original compositions by the "Maestro" and National Artist for Music Mr. Ryan Cayabyab. It offers relevant messages encapsulated in the songs “The Newsboy” and “Ageless Passion,” where themes of optimism and faith amid difficulties and turning points in life are emphasized to inspire the youth and the younger generation of lawyers and professionals.

From the poor newsboy in the backstreets of Sampaloc to the presidency of the most widely circulated newspaper in our country, Chief Justice Panganiban is a much respected and sought-after speaker, director, and advisor to many publicly listed companies, top corporations, and philanthropic foundations in the country.

Ageless Passion was first staged with seven original songs as part of a concert on December 20, 2011, during Chief Justice Panganiban's 75th Birthday at the Meralco Theater. This year, on his 85th birthday, Ageless Passion 3 continues to inspire once again with 18 original music by Maestro Cayabyab with lyrics by Kristian Jeff Agustin, a rising lyricist who completed his Master of Arts in Visual Culture (with Merit) at the University of Westminster.

The musical is headlined by artists Topper Fabregas, Cris Villonco, Michael Williams, Lynn Sherman, and Bart Guingona--plus a special opening song by Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle accompanied by the Manila Symphony Orchestra.
