Kapuso It Girl Gabbi Garcia has tips on how to prepare for a stress-free summer this 2021

In Real Life host Gabbi Garcia is gearing up for some fun in the sun this coming summer 2021. Gabbi narrated some tried and tested ways to beat the pandemic blues and have a happy summer.

She wrote on her social media accounts about the benefits of meditation, exercise, reading, and learning to be appreciative.

"Hey guys! Are you sure you're ready for a summer like no other? Cause I am! Sharing with you my 5 tips to prepare your mind, body and soul for the summer heat wave."

Gabbi added, "Meditate ~ focus on yourself to lessen negative emotions.

"Do what makes you happy ~ when you do something that makes you happy, days will go by easily.

"Keep burning ~ burn those excess carbs, this will certainly make you feel lighter.

"Read something every day ~ exercise your mind as you exercise your body to keep me in shape.

"Appreciate everyday ~ every new day is a blessing, always look forward to things that happen."

The Kapuso actress is also preparing for her upcoming TV series Love You Stranger which also stars her real-life boyfriend, Kapuso actor Khalil Ramos.
