'StarStruck' alumna Lexi Gonzales reveals interesting facts about herself
Kapuso star Lexi Gonzales shared some interesting facts about herself as she was featured in GMA Artist Center's online show In The Limelight.
First, the young actress shared that her greatest moment as a Kapuso was during her time in “Tapsikret” on All-Out Sundays.
“When we were making Tapsikret kasi sobrang saya lang talaga. Lahat kami na mga actors nag-e-enjoy lang during rehearsal,” shared Lexi.
She added, “Iyon siguro 'yung pinaka-greatest moment ko kasi I was able to build a family and I was able to have good friends.”
Lexi's favorite song is BTS's latest track “Butter” which is currently in her music playlist. As a talented singer, she also sang a line from the song during the In The Limelight episode.
One of her dream projects is to star in an action movie and hopefully work with her dream Kapuso actresses Jennylyn Mercado and Marian Rivera.
Lexi Gonzales also revealed her first impression of Kim De Leon, whom she previously worked with in My Fantastic Pag-ibig.
“Ang first impression ko sa kanya, timid siya. He can really be a good friend tsaka masaya siya kasama,” she shared.
One interesting fact about Lexi that many people may not know about her is her ability to spend an entire day in front of her computer.
“It's either I'm watching Netflix or I'm just playing games,” she shared.
The young Kapuso actress then shared some details about GMA's newest weekend program titled FLEX, where she stars as one of its hosts.
“FLEX is a teen-oriented show for everyone,” she shared.
“Lahat ginagawa namin dito: we sing, we dance, we do skits--comedy skits-- and marami din kami mga guests.”
The StarStruck Season 7 alumna also expressed her enthusiasm about the new show and said, “I'm really really excited kasi it's something new and hindi pa ako nakakapag-host talaga like the way I'm hosting here, so I'm really excited”
According to Lexi, her fellow FLEX Squad members Mavy Legaspi, Althea Ablan, and Joaquin Domagoso are very professional when it comes to work.
“Behind the scenes, grabe ang kukulit,” she shared and added, “Mahilig sila mag-aya kumain”
“Bukod doon, they're very very talented. Lahat sila g na g and they're really giving their all dito sa show na ito.”
Lexi then continued to reveal more interesting facts about herself like her go-to skincare product is aloe vera, which she uses to soothe redness and acne.
“I wash my face twice a day, iyon ang pinaka-importante kasi to avoid oils and 'yung dirt na nagbbuild-up sa pores,” she shared.
After a long day at work, Lexi also exfoliates her face right away to remove dead skin cells and excess makeup residue.
She also became a fan of Korean dramas during quarantine and her most unforgettable series was It's Okay Not To Be Okay.
“It helped me in the way na naka-ilang iyak din ako noon. So, nalabas ko na 'yung emotions ko because of the series,” she shared.
Lexi also gave a thoughtful piece of advice, “ If you don't feel okay, it's fine. But you will be [okay], eventually.”
