Kim Chiu turned sentimental in the episode of 'It's Showtime' after getting a ton of love from her fellow hosts.
Versatile Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu couldn't hold back her tears with the touching birthday message of her good friend Meme Vice Ganda on It's Showtime yesterday, April 27.
Kim, who turned 34 last April 19, received some heartfelt birthday greetings from her family in the Kapamilya noontime show.
For her part, Vice expressed her love to Kim and assured her that she will be her number one supporter and defender.
She said, “Mahal na mahal kita. Hangga't kaya ko ipaparamdam ko sa'yo yun, gusto ko maramdaman mo na minamahal ka, kasi masarap sa pakiramdam 'yun e.”
Vice continued, “Gusto ko maramdaman mo 'yung sarap nung pakiramdam na 'yun ulit. At hindi matatapos na nararamdaman mo 'yun na minamahal ka. Kasi, kamahal-mahal ka at mahal kita talaga.
“Susuportahan kita lagi, ipagtatanggol kita, ipaglalaban kita."
Meanwhile, the birthday girl took to Instagram Story to share some of the bruises she got while preparing for her explosive birthday production number in It's Showtime.
Calling it her 'battle scars', she said, “After prod battle scars be like. All worth it after all. Thank you @itsshowtimena fam!”
In addition, she also thanked her BFF Bela Padilla in a separate post for giving a bouquet of flowers.
