Enzo Pineda clarifies reason behind breakup with Louise delos Reyes

After Louise delos Reyes' Startalk interview last Saturday confirming their breakup, it was Enzo Pineda's turn to speak about their relationship. In an interview with HOT TV host Raymond Gutierrez, Enzo talked about the reason why they called it quits after two years.
"It's a mutual decision between me and Louise, because naisip namin na mas maganda mag-prioritize muna kami sa mga goals and dreams namin sa buhay. Para naman sa akin kasi, sa tingin ko, mas masarap magmahal kapag na-achieve mo lahat ng goals and dreams mo, and of course kapag graduate ka na sa pag-aaral. Therefore, you don't have to think about anything else but to love," shares Enzo.
He also thinks that the pressure on their upcoming TV shows took a toll on their relationship. "Parehas kami. Kasi she has her own show, which I am very proud of her. And ito, may bago rin akong show na first time ko maging lead. It's kind of a big pressure for me so I really have to do well."
Dagdag pa niya, "I think we need this time to grow also. I'm 22, Louise is 20, so marami pa kaming oras para sa pagmamahal. There's no rush."
Nilinaw din niya ang pagdawit ng pangalan ng kanyang Kakambal ni Eliana leading lady na si Kim Rodriguez. "Yes, I'm close with Kim. Sa totoo lang nahihiya ako na kailangan pang madamay ni Kim dito. She was never part of our problem. Sana wala namang ganung issue kay Kim. It's between me and Louise."
When asked about his reaction sa sinabi ni Louise that she's not closing her doors for a reconciliation, this is what Enzo had to say. "Na-appreciate ko 'yung sinabi ni Louise, kasi that's how I also feel about it. And malay mo, someday, pag okay na kami or nakuha na namin ang lahat ng gusto namin sa buhay, we can be together again. Marami pa namang oras para diyan. I'm always here for Louise."
Enzo Pineda will be part of the upcoming TV series Kakambal ni Eliana, with Kim Rodriguez, Kristoffer Martin, and Lexi Fernandez, coming this April on GMA Afternoon Prime.
