Recipe: Tilmok Pinangat


INGREDIENTS: 
500 grams crab meat
banana leaves for wrapping
500 grams shredded young coconut
25 grams  chopped ginger
20 grams chopped garlic
3 pcs chopped green chilli
3 pcs siling labuyo
2 stalk lemongrass 
butcher's string or twine
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

 
PROCEDURE:
1. Mix all ingredients accept lemon grass, banana leaves, and twine.
 
2. Put the mixed ingredients on banana leaves. Wrap and tighten with twine.
 
3. Place in steamer for 10 minutes or until done. Place on a plate and garnish with red labuyo.
